JungleCart is a parody shopping game with no real money and no real products. Its gift/prank feature lets you make a shareable "gift card" link and send it to a friend for a laugh — the fun is in the gotcha reveal, not in fooling anyone into a real loss. Only prank people who'll enjoy it. Never use it to frighten, harass, impersonate, phish, scam, or extract money or personal data from anyone. Do that, and you're breaking this policy — and probably the law.
1 The spirit of the prank
JungleCart is a free, satirical entertainment app — a "fake shopping" dopamine game where nothing you "buy" is real, no money is ever taken, and nothing ever ships. The gift/prank feature is part of that spirit: you can generate a shareable "gift card" link containing a bit of text you type (like a sender name and a fake amount) and send it to a friend through your phone's normal share sheet.
The point of a good JungleCart prank is the gotcha — the moment your friend realizes it's a bit of absurd, harmless theater and laughs along with you. That reveal is the payoff. A prank that never lets the other person in on the joke, or that leaves them genuinely worse off, has missed the point entirely.
Our one guiding principle: punch sideways, not at the vulnerable. Good-natured fun between friends who share the sense of humor is exactly what this is for. Using it to unsettle, deceive, or take advantage of someone is not.
2 Consent & who to prank
Before you send a prank or gift link, ask yourself one honest question: will this person enjoy it? Send it only to people you reasonably believe will get the joke and laugh with you.
Do not send a prank to anyone who could be genuinely frightened, deceived into a real loss, or otherwise harmed by it. Use your judgment about the person and the moment — a link that lands as a fun surprise for one friend could cause real distress to someone who is anxious, isolated, unwell, or simply not in on the humor.
- Green light: a friend, family member, or coworker who shares your sense of humor and will grin at the reveal.
- Red light: anyone who might believe it's real and act on it, feel threatened, or be hurt — including people you don't actually know are receptive.
If you have to talk yourself into it, don't send it.
3 You must not
When using JungleCart — including the gift/prank feature, any message fields, and any links you generate — you must not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or stalk anyone, or use the app to intimidate, coerce, or make someone feel unsafe.
- Target children, the elderly, or anyone in crisis or otherwise vulnerable — anyone who may not recognize the parody or who could be genuinely alarmed or exploited.
- Impersonate a real business or a real person in order to deceive or defraud, or to make a message look like it comes from someone it doesn't.
- Use gift or prank links to phish, scam, or extract money, payments, passwords, login credentials, or personal data from anyone.
- Strip away, hide, or disguise the parody to make someone believe a fake "gift," "balance," or "offer" is a real financial offer, transaction, or obligation.
- Include other people's personal or sensitive data in message fields, or enter unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content.
- Spam or mass-distribute links, send them to people who haven't opted in, or use the feature for bulk or automated messaging.
- Use the app for any illegal purpose, or to facilitate anything unlawful under the laws that apply to you.
4 No real-world financial deception
JungleCart is honest about being fake. There is no payment processing, no real money is ever charged, and the in-game "fake dollars," coins, and balances have no real-world or monetary value — they can't be cashed out, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for anything real.
That transparency is a feature, not a loophole. You must not exploit JungleCart's playful "commerce" theater to defraud, mislead, or pressure anyone in the real world — for example by presenting a fake gift, balance, or "offer" as though it carried real value, created a real debt, or required a real payment. Turning transparent parody into a tool for financial deception is a serious violation of this policy.
5 Your content, your responsibility
Any text you type into a message, sender name, or gift link is your content, and you are responsible for it. VelaVia does not see, store, or process the links you generate and share — they're created on your device and sent through your phone's own share sheet — so there is no hidden safety net reviewing what you send.
That means the responsibility to keep it lawful, respectful, and consensual rests entirely with you. When you share a link, you're representing that its contents comply with this policy and with the laws and platform rules that apply to you, and that you have the right to send it to your recipient.
6 Reporting misuse
If someone has used JungleCart to harass, deceive, defraud, or otherwise harm you or another person, please tell us. The more detail you can share, the better we can understand what happened.
- Email us at abuse@junglecart.app — describe what happened and, if you can, include the text of the message or link and any relevant screenshots.
- Report through the app store where the app is distributed. On Android, you can flag JungleCart (app ID com.velavia.junglespace) via Google Play's report/flag options on the app's store listing.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law-enforcement authorities first — this policy is not a substitute for real-world help.
For general help or questions that aren't abuse reports, our Support page and support@junglecart.app are the right place.
7 Enforcement & its limits
We want to be straightforward about what we can and cannot do. By design, JungleCart is privacy-preserving: your game progress is stored only on your own device, and the prank links you create are generated locally and shared through your phone — VelaVia has no server-side view of your local game or of the links you send privately. We are not monitoring your messages, and in most cases we simply have no technical way to see them.
Within those limits, we will:
- Act on violations that are surfaced to us — for example through abuse reports, app-store reviews, or store-provided reports — to the extent we reasonably can.
- Cooperate with valid, lawful requests from law enforcement and other authorities, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Keep in mind that misusing JungleCart may also break the law and violate the rules of the other platforms involved — your device's operating system, your messaging apps, Google Play, and others. Those parties have their own enforcement mechanisms that are independent of us, and they may act even where we cannot.
8 Consequences
If you violate this Acceptable Use Policy, we may — to the extent it's within our ability and appropriate to the situation — take one or more of the following steps:
- Investigate and respond to reports we receive.
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to and license to use JungleCart under our Terms of Service.
- Remove or disable access to offending content or features where we are technically able to do so.
- Report unlawful conduct to, and cooperate with, the appropriate authorities and platforms.
Beyond anything we do, serious misuse — harassment, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity — can carry real legal consequences for you under applicable law and the rules of the other services you used to carry it out. The safest way to avoid all of this is simple: keep it a good-natured joke between friends.
9 Relationship to the Terms of Service
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service, which govern your overall use of JungleCart. Where a defined term or general rule appears in both, the Terms of Service provide the broader framework and this policy adds specific detail about acceptable conduct. If there's any conflict on a matter this policy covers, this policy controls for that specific matter; otherwise the Terms of Service apply. Please read both together, along with our Privacy Policy.
