01Acceptance of Terms

By installing, launching, or playing Block Slots ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

02Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to play Block Slots.
• You must be at least 18 years old to redeem Loyalty Tokens for gift cards (19+ in some Canadian provinces, 20+ in Japan, 21+ in some US states — your local age of majority controls).
• You must reside in a country where the Loyalty Token Program is available — see Section 12 (International Availability) for the current country list and country-specific terms.
• VelaVia, LLC employees, contractors, and immediate family of either are not eligible to redeem tokens.
• You are responsible for any taxes due in your country of residence on rewards you redeem. See Section 12 for currency, language, and tax notes by country.

03The Game (Free to Play)

Block Slots is a block-puzzle game with a slot-machine theme. The core gameplay is free. The Game contains optional in-app purchases (cosmetic themes, currency bundles) and rewarded video ads. You are never required to spend real money to progress or to earn Loyalty Tokens.

04Loyalty Token Program

4a. What tokens are

Loyalty Tokens are an in-game record of skill and engagement. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be bought with real money. They are not a chance-based reward, a gambling output, or a cryptocurrency. They function similarly to airline miles or a coffeeshop punch card.

4b. How tokens are earned

Tokens are earned through engagement-based, non-chance actions:

• Daily login bonus
• Active session time (every 5 minutes of play, capped per day)
• Watching a rewarded video advertisement (capped at 5 per day)
• Completing a daily mission
• Advancing a level (a skill-based progression milestone)

Tokens are never awarded based on a slot outcome, a random roll, or any chance-based event in-game. The token-earn pipeline is deliberately decoupled from the slot mechanic — the slot drives the points/coins economy, while tokens reward time, skill, and opt-in engagement.

4c. How tokens are redeemed

To redeem tokens for a gift card, you must:

1. Be 18 years of age or older and tap to attest this.
2. Provide and verify an email address (where the gift card is delivered).
3. Provide and verify a phone number (one-time SMS code).
4. Have a token balance equal to or greater than the published cost of the gift-card tier you select.
5. Wait at least 24 hours between redemptions.

Gift cards are fulfilled by Tremendous, Inc., our reward partner. The recipient selects the specific brand at the moment of redemption from a whitelist that includes Amazon, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Best Buy, and others. Brand availability may vary.

4d. Limits and abuse prevention

• Max 1 redemption per 24-hour period per account.
• Max 1 account per device, per phone number, per email.
• Use of emulators, multiple accounts, automation, or any tool to inflate tokens is grounds for forfeiture and account termination.
• We reserve the right to delay any redemption while we investigate suspected abuse.
• VPN/proxy use during redemption may be blocked.

4e. Tax

If your total annual prize value from VelaVia, LLC exceeds $600 USD, we are required by U.S. law (IRS Form 1099-MISC) to collect tax information and report the prize. We will email you for the necessary information; redemption is paused until the form is returned.

4f. Program changes

• We may change the token-earn rates, redemption costs, or available brands at any time. Changes apply prospectively (your current balance is honored at the rate published at time of redemption).
• If we discontinue the program, you will receive at least 30 days' written notice and a final redemption window.

05Account & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding access to the device the Game is installed on.
• You agree to provide accurate email and phone information for redemption.
• You may delete your account by emailing contact@velavia.io; deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

06Intellectual Property

The Game, its art, code, sound, and trademarks are owned by VelaVia, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the Game or its assets.

07Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software.
• Create more than one account.
• Resell, transfer, or trade Loyalty Tokens.
• Submit false age, email, or phone information.
• Harass other players or VelaVia staff.

Violations result in token forfeiture and may result in permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

08Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELAVIA, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS, FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) $50 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

09Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sacramento, California, under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Before filing arbitration, you agree to first email contact@velavia.io describing the dispute. We will attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-game and via a notice on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11International Availability

Block Slots is published from the United States by VelaVia, LLC. The Loyalty Token Program is rolled out in two waves: a "Green Zone" of jurisdictions where deterministic loyalty rewards are clearly permitted, and a "Yellow Zone" where the Program is available subject to country-specific terms summarised below. In every jurisdiction the Program is structured as a deterministic, skill- and engagement-based rewards program — not as a sweepstakes, lottery, prize draw, or chance-based competition.

11a. Green Zone (available now)

The full Loyalty Token Program is available to residents of the following countries, subject to the local age of majority and the standard exclusions in Section 02:

• United States — excluding Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, and South Dakota. Gift card options: Amazon, Visa, Target, Starbucks.
• Canada — Quebec residents are served a French-language Terms of Service and a required short skill verification before first redemption (per Quebec's Loi sur les loteries, les concours publicitaires et les appareils d'amusement). Gift card options: Amazon.ca, Tim Hortons, Visa.
• United Kingdom — operated under the loyalty/promotion exemption from the Gambling Commission (no chance element, no entry fee). Gift cards: Amazon.co.uk, Tesco, Argos.
• Australia — available nationwide; New South Wales residents are subject to additional in-app messaging consistent with the NSW Office of Responsible Gambling. Gift cards: Amazon.com.au, Coles, Woolworths.
• New Zealand — available with no additional country-specific terms beyond these Terms. Gift cards: Amazon.au or Prezzee.
• Ireland — loyalty redemption permitted. Gift cards: Amazon.co.uk, One4all.

11b. Yellow Zone (available with country-specific terms)

The Program is available in the following countries subject to localized terms, language, currency, and limits as noted. By redeeming in these countries you accept both these Terms and the country-specific addendum that applies to you. Read your country's addendum: Country-Specific Terms (Jurisdiction Picker). Country-specific addenda are also presented in-app the first time you initiate a redemption from that country and are available on request to contact@velavia.io.

11c. Where the Program is not yet available

If your country is not listed in Section 11a or 11b, the Loyalty Token Program is not currently available to you. You may continue to play Block Slots as a free game in those territories. We do not knowingly accept redemption attempts from sanctioned jurisdictions or jurisdictions on the FATF high-risk list.

11d. How we detect your country

Country eligibility is determined at the time of redemption using your device's Google Play / App Store storefront, IP geolocation, and (where applicable) the billing address on your linked gift-card recipient email. Attempting to use a VPN or proxy to bypass country gating is a violation of Section 07 (Acceptable Use) and will void the affected tokens.

11e. Local-language ToS

Where a localized Terms of Service is required (Quebec, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, Japan), the English version of these Terms remains the operative legal document. The localized version is provided for comprehension and is reconciled to this English text in the event of conflict, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

11f. Currency & fulfilment

Loyalty Tokens are denominated in tokens, not currency. Gift cards are fulfilled by Tremendous, Inc. or our regional reward partner in the currency local to the redemption country. Exchange rates, if any, are set by the gift-card issuer at the time of fulfilment and may differ from spot market rates.
