DateAvella AI is operated by VelaVia LLC. DateAvella AI is a dating-adjacent productivity tool used exclusively by adults age 18 and over. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content, conduct, or attempted use of our service that facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of children. This page describes our standards, our prevention practices, our reporting pathways, and how to reach our designated point of contact.
DateAvella AI adopts the following industry-standard commitments, consistent with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and the Tech Coalition's voluntary principles to combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse:
DateAvella AI requires every user to confirm they are at least 18 years old at account creation. The service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18.
We prohibit the production, solicitation, sharing, storage, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material. Any suspected CSAM is immediately removed, the responsible account is terminated, and the incident is reported to the appropriate authorities.
DateAvella AI provides users a clear, accessible way to report child-safety concerns directly inside the app (Settings → Help & Support → Report Child-Safety Concern), as well as via email to our designated point of contact.
All child-safety reports are triaged within 24 hours. Credible reports trigger immediate content removal, account suspension, preservation of relevant evidence, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent authorities where required by law.
DateAvella AI complies with all relevant child-safety laws — including, without limitation, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (U.S. NCMEC reporting obligations) and analogous reporting requirements in every jurisdiction where the app is available — and reports to regional and national authorities as required.
In addition to the commitments above, DateAvella AI employs the following technical and operational controls:
If you become aware of content, conduct, or an account on DateAvella AI that you believe involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately using one of the channels below. We investigate every report.
Do not wait for our response. Contact local emergency services immediately (911 in the United States). You can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. Outside the United States, contact the INHOPE hotline in your country: inhope.org.
VelaVia LLC has designated the following individual as the company's point of contact for child-safety matters. This contact is ready and able to speak about DateAvella AI's CSAM-prevention practices and compliance.
When DateAvella AI identifies content or conduct that constitutes (or reasonably appears to constitute) apparent child sexual abuse material, VelaVia LLC will, as required by law:
These Child Safety Standards are reviewed at least annually, and whenever a material change to our service, our vendors, or applicable law would affect the controls described here. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent material update.
DateAvella AI reserves the right to update these standards to strengthen protections, without advance notice. Published URL: https://velavia.io/dateavella/child-safety.html
