Common questions

Do I need any technical knowledge? +
None at all. We build everything, set it all up, connect it to your existing tools, and train your team. If your staff can use a smartphone, they can use what we build. You just show up and use it.
How is this different from other automation tools? +
Most tools give you software and a login — then you're on your own. VelaVia is a done-for-you service. We custom-build every automation for your specific business, handle the entire setup, and keep it running. There's nothing to figure out on your end.
Can I start with Essentials and upgrade later? +
Yes. We credit a portion of your original setup fee toward the upgrade. Most clients start with Essentials or Starter and move to Professional within 3–6 months once they see the results rolling in.
What tools do you connect to? +
We work with the tools your business already uses — scheduling software, CRMs, payment systems, email platforms, SMS, and more. Compatibility is confirmed during your discovery call before you commit to anything. If you're using it to run your business, there's a good chance we can connect to it.
How long does setup take? +
Most clients are fully live within 7–14 days of signing. We build everything in the background and schedule a quick install and walkthrough session. Larger Complete deployments with complex integrations may take 3–4 weeks.
What if I want to cancel the monthly plan? +
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no penalties, no drama. The system we built keeps working exactly as-is; we simply step back from ongoing maintenance and optimization. You own the automation, full stop.
Do I own the automations after setup? +
Yes — 100%. We're a build-and-install service, not a software subscription. Once we set it up and hand it over, it's yours. The monthly maintenance plan is optional: it keeps us on-call for updates, fixes, and improvements. But if you cancel, nothing breaks — you just manage it yourself going forward.
Is my data secure and private? +
Yes. Your customer data never goes to a third-party server. Everything runs on a VelaVia AI Compass device installed at your business — you own it, it stays with you. On the Complete plan, we also set up monitoring and regular backups so nothing is ever at risk.
